Job description
The International Expansion Lead role operates within a high-growth Education Technology (EdTech) company focused on building and scaling international-curriculum schools across Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for designing, validating, and scaling school offerings through product-market fit (PMF) validation, pilot program execution, and data-driven iteration. The position spans discovery, strategy, execution, and full commercial ownership, requiring expertise in market research, user research, competitor analysis, and operating model design. The candidate will lead pilot program design and implementation, using performance metrics such as activation, retention, learning outcomes measurement, and unit economics to validate and refine offerings. The role involves developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, managing acquisition channels, partnerships, and pipeline management to drive growth. A strong focus is placed on pricing strategy, revenue management, margin analysis, and commercial performance tracking to ensure scalability and profitability. The role requires cross-functional execution across Growth, Learning, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring alignment through structured execution planning and stakeholder alignment. The candidate will build repeatable pilot-to-scale playbooks, including operating model design, GTM frameworks, measurement systems, and pricing models. Over time, the role expands to full ownership of a market or major initiative, managing expansion strategy, program development, and international curriculum development across geographies. The position demands strong analytical capabilities, including funnel analysis, data analysis, and trade-off evaluation, as well as hands-on execution in launching pilots and scaling education products in real-world environments.
