Highly regulated clients, some running classified environments, rely on SAP to track equipment, materiel, spares, budgets and people, and this Accenture manager in Abu Dhabi leads the design and delivery of those solutions. Projects run end to end, from gathering complex requirements and writing functional and technical specifications to configuration, testing and deployment. Deep expertise in at least three modules is expected, drawn from areas such as FI, CO, FM, GM and PSM in finance, MM, EWM, SD, TM and GTS in logistics, and PM, EAM and CS in asset management. S/4HANA sits at the core, with BTP, PI/PO or Integration Suite and Fiori shaping integration and user experience. Reporting draws on BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, while GRC keeps access control and segregation of duties tight. Workshops, training and UAT bring stakeholders along, and solution adoption depends on managing their expectations well. Data integrity, security compliance and audit readiness need constant attention across every SAP environment. Junior consultants and client-side SAP teams look to you for mentoring. Five or more years delivering SAP in highly regulated environments is required, along with procurement framework knowledge and senior stakeholder skills. SAP certification, ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile knowledge and SAP RISE experience are desirable.
