Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
- Demonstrate 6 to 8 years of experience in Completion and Well Intervention operations
- Demonstrate minimum 3 years of experience in sales and commercial roles
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of oilfield completion and intervention services
- Demonstrate experience in proposal preparation and tender management
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and commercial risk assessment skills
- Demonstrate ability to lead small teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
