Job description

The Field Service Technician at TechnipFMC in Abu Dhabi supports the offshore installation, testing, and repair of new and reworked products, including various equipment and tools. The role ensures readiness of equipment and service tooling through inventories and fit checks, and records critical operational data such as dimensions, pressures, and flow rates. Responsibilities also include assisting with project support tasks such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Systems Integration Testing (SIT). The technician prepares safety-related documentation and promotes adherence to safe work practices. Candidates should have a high school or equivalent technical diploma, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in electrical, subsea, hydraulic, mechanical, or structural steel equipment. Familiarity with reading technical drawings and using specialized instruments is essential.
