Job description
In this role you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise data analytics, business applications, and process automation solutions that convert Ooredoo Group and OpCo data into decision-ready insight. You will combine application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, analytics and dashboard development using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and the applied use of AI and machine learning to enhance data analytics insights and process automation. You will design, build, test, and deploy business applications using Power Apps and Dataverse to digitize manual processes across Group functions, OpCos, and adjacencies, and you are responsible for automating end-to-end workflows with Power Automate, covering approvals, routing, notifications, and escalation paths. Your responsibilities include embedding role-based access, audit trails, and data-retention controls into every solution by design, and managing the full solution lifecycle from requirement gathering through production release and post go-live enhancement. You will create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI, defining KPIs and tracking them regularly to aid decision-making. You are responsible for building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data pipelines across Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Function Apps, and supporting the migration of the Power BI estate to Microsoft Fabric capacity. In this role you will use generative AI to accelerate delivery, validating outputs to keep results explainable and compliant with Ooredoo's data governance policies. You will work directly with business owners in Group functions and OpCos to gather requirements, run UAT, and secure sign-off before go-live, documenting solutions and providing user support and training materials for deployed dashboards and applications.
