The Head of Legal for Enterprise Business at ByteDance serves as the primary legal advisor to the global enterprise business units (excluding China), overseeing all legal matters across commercial transactions, enterprise product ecosystems, and cross-border operations. Key responsibilities include managing enterprise business contracts, leading legal risk assessments, implementing compliance programs, and driving legal readiness for new market initiatives. The Head of Legal will also be responsible for resource allocation within the global legal team, mentoring legal business partners, and ensuring legal advice is integrated seamlessly into business workflows.
