Job description
The SMB Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with a portfolio of independent and multi-site restaurant partners. The role drives commercial growth, ensures operational excellence, and identifies opportunities to optimize partner performance, leveraging data insights and strong on-the-ground engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with small and medium restaurant accounts through proactive face-to-face engagement
- Drive sustainable growth by identifying focus areas and implementing scalable solutions across your portfolio
- Cross-sell and upsell Deliveroo services to ensure partners have the right tools for success
- Monitor performance KPIs and independently resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Lead delivery agenda to ensure partners maintain 'brilliant basics' and provide excellent customer experiences
- Diagnose inefficiencies and implement solutions for multiple partners simultaneously
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in account management, preferably with SMB or restaurant clients
- Commercial mindset with ability to meet monthly targets and objectives
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong data literacy and experience with Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and solve problems proactively
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based, on-the-ground role engaging with multiple partners
