The Senior Account Manager – Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing role at Snap Inc in Dubai focuses on managing and growing relationships with key mid-market clients, including challenger brands and high-growth advertisers, within the digital media and ad-tech ecosystem. The role supports Snapchat advertising solutions, including performance marketing campaigns, brand advertising initiatives, and auction-based media buying in a real-time bidding (RTB) environment. The position involves building long-term client partnerships, driving spend growth, and ensuring advertisers achieve or exceed performance expectations. The Senior Account Manager collaborates with Account Executives and Account Analysts to develop insight-driven digital advertising campaigns across Snapchat, leveraging platform tools such as self-service advertising systems and auction-based buying models. The role requires deep analysis of campaign performance data, identification of KPI trends, and continuous optimization of advertising performance to improve ROI. The position acts as a product expert for Snapchat advertising products, including AR-based formats such as Lens Studio and Spectacles ecosystem awareness. The role also includes educating advertisers and agencies on best practices, providing technical support, and driving adoption of Snap’s advertising ecosystem. It requires strong analytical capability using spreadsheets and datasets, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in the Dubai office under a hybrid collaboration culture requiring frequent in-office presence.

Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key advertising clients and increase advertising spend on Snapchat
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Analysts to design and execute performance-driven digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify KPI trends to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities
- Serve as product expert on Snapchat advertising solutions and educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices
- Support adoption of Snap’s self-service advertising platform and auction-based bidding tools
- Provide technical support and real-time performance analysis for advertising campaigns
- Manage multiple client projects with cross-functional coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in digital media, ad-tech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing
- Demonstrate fluency in Arabic and English
- Demonstrate ability to analyze advertising performance metrics and datasets
- Demonstrate experience working in real-time bidding (RTB) or auction-based advertising environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Demonstrate strong client relationship management and sales experience
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
