Job description
The Business Development Executive at Madi International is responsible for driving sales and expanding the client database within the assigned market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on achieving sales and collection targets by brand and customer on a monthly basis while building brand visibility and increasing market share through maximum distribution. The position requires maintaining a sales return rate below 3% and securing at least 5–6 new accounts per quarter during the first year. The Business Development Executive will professionally present and promote the brand portfolio to key accounts, target and convert potential key accounts into clients, and create significant turnover through regular market visits. The role involves identifying and acting on new product and service opportunities, converting competitor clients into Madi International customers, contributing to building the client database, and providing market intelligence. The candidate will secure leads for new projects including salon or spa openings or renovations. Key account relationship management responsibilities include conducting business reviews, maintaining strong professional relationships, addressing client concerns, and providing product education in collaboration with marketing and training teams. The role also requires supporting marketing events, seminars, and open days, preparing and executing weekly key account tracking reports, staying updated on product knowledge through training, and coordinating with brand managers and demand planners to ensure product availability. The position involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Educational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achievement of sales and collection objectives.

- Conduct structured business reviews with key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive growth
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to provide product education and support events such as seminars and open days
- Prepare and execute weekly key account tracking and performance reports
- Coordinate with brand managers and demand planners to ensure product availability and timely replenishment
