Senior Cash Management Sales Manager responsible for driving cash management revenues and attracting high-quality liabilities by winning cash management mandates with target corporate clients across UAE and the wider region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, revenue generation, liability growth, pricing discipline across fees and interest margins, and ensuring transaction volumes and deposits are successfully realized. The position requires identifying high-value market opportunities across sectors, developing structured sales strategies in collaboration with coverage teams, regional sales heads, and product management, and prioritizing high-potential clients. The role includes building detailed account plans for strategic corporate clients, defining revenue potential, identifying opportunities, and executing structured engagement plans. It requires maintaining a high-volume sales calling program to expand pipeline opportunities and continuously drive sales funnel growth. The role involves developing tailored cash management solutions in collaboration with product teams and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with client treasury and liquidity needs. It also includes providing structured feedback to product teams regarding competitor offerings, market demands, and product performance to support innovation and enhancement of cash management solutions. The role requires preparation and delivery of high-quality pitch presentations and proposals, ensuring clear articulation of value propositions tailored to client requirements. The Sales Manager is responsible for end-to-end deal closure, contract completion, implementation coordination with internal teams, and ensuring successful onboarding and execution of cash management solutions. Continuous client engagement is required post-implementation to ensure delivery of expected volumes, liabilities, and revenue performance, while maintaining strong client satisfaction and relationship continuity.

- Achieve revenue, liability, and transaction-based sales targets by identifying high-value corporate clients and maintaining pricing discipline across cash management products
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies in collaboration with coverage teams, regional sales heads, and product management to maximize market penetration
- Identify and pursue high-potential corporate opportunities by analyzing market trends and building targeted client acquisition pipelines
- Prepare detailed account plans for priority clients including revenue forecasts, opportunity mapping, and strategic engagement actions
- Maintain high-frequency sales calling activity to build and sustain a strong pipeline of corporate cash management opportunities
- Develop and present customized cash management solutions including collections, payments, and liquidity management products aligned with client needs
- Prepare pitch presentations, proposals, and solution documents to clearly communicate value propositions and secure client mandates
- Coordinate implementation, ensure deal execution, monitor post-sale performance, and maintain ongoing client engagement to ensure revenue realization
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate minimum 10+ years of experience in cash management sales or corporate banking business development roles
- Possess strong product knowledge in collections, payments, and liquidity management within corporate banking environments
- Apply working knowledge of corporate treasury operations, cash management practices, and transaction banking structures
- Proven experience in developing cash management sales pipelines from scratch and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in selling complex cash management solutions across multiple corporate segments and industries
- Strong capability in preparing account plans, client proposals, and structured sales presentations for senior corporate stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills in a client-facing banking environment
- Show proven ability to develop innovative cash management solutions tailored to corporate client needs and market demands
