Site grading, drainage, irrigation design and plant selection suited to local ecology form the technical core of this Senior Landscape Architect position at Alghanim Industries in Kuwait. Projects run from concept to completion with growing independence, while senior staff guide the most complex work and strategic client conversations. Design drawings, detailed specifications, 3D visualisations and presentations communicate the intent of each scheme. Water conservation, native and adapted planting, energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible materials shape every design. Local regulations, zoning ordinances and environmental protection standards in Kuwait must be met throughout. Clients rely on you as a key point of contact, with stakeholder meetings led by you and feedback built into each design. Civil engineers, urban planners, architects and contractors are regular collaborators, so design intent needs protecting through every phase. Junior architects and designers look to you for review, mentoring and development. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture, 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and GIS, with a PLA license preferred.
