Job description
Personal Assistant to Principal (UHNW) role based in Dubai within an ultra-high-net-worth private household environment, supporting a well-known business owner and their family with both business and personal administrative, operational, and lifestyle management responsibilities. The role requires high levels of discretion, trust, and proactive ownership, acting not as a traditional secretary but as a strategic partner managing complex personal and household operations. Responsibilities include managing diaries, scheduling meetings, controlling executive access, booking and coordinating travel, transport, accommodation, and visa support, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. The role extends into household management including overseeing delivery services, cleaners, suppliers, and coordinating domestic staff such as drivers and bodyguards. It involves managing personal budgets and accounts, handling property management including rentals and maintenance coordination, and supporting family-related duties such as school administration and childrenās needs. The position requires strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive family and business matters. It also includes procurement support such as selecting contractors, comparing pricing, and managing repair works. Exposure to UHNW environments, 1C financial systems, and high-level executive support is considered advantageous, along with strong communication skills, calmness under pressure, and the ability to build trust with principals and family members in a long-term, high-autonomy role.
