- Configure, test, and deploy IT solutions to meet client requirements and project goals

Experience & skills
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Demonstrate strong customer-service orientation and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Extensive technical knowledge in IT projects and SaaS platforms
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing data
- Experience with cloud-based deployment environments
- Familiarity with project management or CRM systems such as JIRA or Salesforce
- Background in business or data analysis
- Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar technologies
