The Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize at Masdar in Abu Dhabi is responsible for developing and enhancing programs, events, and initiatives aligned with the objectives of the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP). The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, industry experts, third-party service providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The Program Manager oversees implementation of ZSP programs including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities while identifying new initiatives to enhance existing programs. The role includes managing youth-focused activities, supporting global awareness initiatives, and positioning the ZSP as a global thought leader. The position requires managing delivery of program content for thought leadership platforms, streamlining stakeholder initiatives, supporting Ambassador Program rollout, and identifying strategic partnerships to drive long-term sustainability and growth. The role also involves managing multiple projects in dynamic environments, influencing decision-makers, coordinating office and site-based activities, and ensuring risk mitigation and performance objectives are achieved.
