Job description
The Digital Delivery Lead at Al-Futtaim Finance in Dubai is responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives aligned with the organizationās digital roadmap within financial services. The role oversees execution of digital initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data platforms, collections, and omni-channel customer experience systems, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and defined business outcomes. It requires implementation of agile delivery models, management of cross-functional teams, facilitation of agile ceremonies, and coaching to enhance agile maturity across delivery teams. The role ensures alignment with target architecture in collaboration with solution architects, minimizing system duplication and ensuring scalable enterprise design. It includes management of Capex and Opex budgets, vendor relationships, service level agreements, and safeguarding business continuity during transformation and BAU operations. The position requires governance and reporting through dashboards with strict control over delivery deviation, maintaining performance within acceptable thresholds. It also involves mentoring delivery teams, improving delivery velocity, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction, and ensuring low post-release defect rates. The role leverages technologies such as Azure cloud, APIM, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Azure DevOps while supporting integration across core banking systems, fintech platforms, CRM suites, and digital customer experience platforms within a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data, collections, and omni-channel platforms.
- Implement agile delivery frameworks and manage cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching team members.
- Ensure alignment of digital solutions with target enterprise architecture in collaboration with solution architects.
- Manage Capex and Opex budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements to ensure delivery efficiency and financial control.
- Maintain business-as-usual continuity while executing digital transformation programs in financial services environments.
- Govern project delivery using dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring deviation remains within defined thresholds.
- Develop and mentor delivery teams to improve agile maturity, delivery velocity, and technical capability.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of cloud, data, and digital platforms.
Experience & skills
- Manage end-to-end digital delivery in financial services or fintech transformation environments.
- Apply agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe to lead cross-functional delivery teams.
- Utilize Azure cloud, APIM, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and JIRA for delivery execution.
- Integrate and deliver solutions across core banking systems, CRM platforms, and customer experience technologies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, vendor governance, and complex multi-system program delivery.
- Translate business strategies into executable digital transformation delivery plans.
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Demonstrate 10+ years of digital transformation experience with at least 5 years in financial services.
