The Digital Delivery Lead at Al-Futtaim Finance in Dubai is responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s digital roadmap within financial services. The role oversees execution of digital initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data platforms, collections, and omni-channel customer experience systems, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and defined business outcomes. It requires implementation of agile delivery models, management of cross-functional teams, facilitation of agile ceremonies, and coaching to enhance agile maturity across delivery teams. The role ensures alignment with target architecture in collaboration with solution architects, minimizing system duplication and ensuring scalable enterprise design. It includes management of Capex and Opex budgets, vendor relationships, service level agreements, and safeguarding business continuity during transformation and BAU operations. The position requires governance and reporting through dashboards with strict control over delivery deviation, maintaining performance within acceptable thresholds. It also involves mentoring delivery teams, improving delivery velocity, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction, and ensuring low post-release defect rates. The role leverages technologies such as Azure cloud, APIM, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Azure DevOps while supporting integration across core banking systems, fintech platforms, CRM suites, and digital customer experience platforms within a regulated financial services environment.
