Key responsibilities
- Proactively develop marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and deliver corrective action as needed.
- Liaise with external agencies to deliver initiatives for Kesimpta®.
- Accurately manage budgets for Kesimpta®.
- Create and deliver operational plans appropriate to the brand life cycle.
- Deliver sales targets and manage brand-related programs.
- Utilize marketing principles and the C4 process to deliver customer-focused strategies.
- Apply Multiple Sclerosis disease and market understanding to develop insights.
- Support and build team to achieve collective goals.
- Manage external agencies to meet team objectives.
- Act as Kesimpta® brand champion internally and externally.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies and patient groups.
- Ensure full financial accountability of advertising and promotion budgets.
- Leverage key market research to drive business outcomes.
- Deliver 90% of the operational plan on time and to high standards.
- Manage all components of Kesimpta® as a priority brand.
- Develop strategic forecasting using robust patient modeling.
- Lead launch of line extensions, new campaigns, commercial programs, or generic defense initiatives.
Experience & skills
- University degree or equivalent in Science, Marketing, or Business.
- 3–5 years of field sales, marketing services, or brand management experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare brand management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
- Track record of managing external stakeholders and agencies.
- Experience launching new campaigns or defending brand from generics.
- Knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis market and patient insights is a plus.
