Job description
The Manager - Human Resources for the Sports and Entertainment division is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across key areas including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations, and HR administration. The role requires leadership in managing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, addressing employee grievances, and coordinating corrective actions. The manager will implement a Saudization strategy aligned with national targets, coordinate training programs, support performance review and promotion processes, and ensure labor law and HR policy compliance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key HR KPIs such as turnover and absenteeism, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to the department’s strategic and operational plans. The position involves managing HR functions specific to the hospitality/leisure sector within the GCC, especially in accordance with Saudi labor law compliance requirements.

- Implement and ensure adherence to section or unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication
- Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of section employees in coordination with higher management
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Minimum of 3 years in the hospitality or leisure sector in the GCC
- Strong understanding of KSA labor laws
