Job description
Enterprise application projects across GBS, ERP, CRM, HCM, finance apps, SaaS, integrations and workflow platforms are delivered end to end by this Senior Project Manager, based at Office Tower 4, Al Ghurair Centre. Each initiative starts with choosing the right delivery method, whether agile, waterfall or hybrid. Governance is set up early, covering steering cadence, decision forums, change control, RAID standards and acceptance criteria. Vendors are held to SOW deliverables and SLAs, with milestone payments, budgets, contracts and procurement tracked closely. Discovery workshops, requirements, UAT cycles, defect triage and business sign-off all run through you. Data migration, cutover runbooks, rollback plans and go-live checkpoints are planned carefully, followed by training, knowledge transfer and hypercare. A matrix team of analysts, developers, integration engineers, QA, business SMEs and vendors works to clear outcomes and a defined RACI. Every delivery is also viewed through automation, AI and data analytics, and templates such as BRD/FRD, UAT packs and cutover checklists are standardised. Expect to bring 10+ years delivering application programmes with ownership of scope, schedule and budget, a Bachelor's in IT and PMP or PRINCE2 plus an Agile certification such as CSM, PSM or SAFe.
