Job description

The Rust/Go Software Engineer at Syndica will contribute to building enterprise-grade RPC infrastructure and developer tools for the Solana ecosystem. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance web services that process API requests at scale. The engineer will be expected to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment and demonstrate ownership of core services and components. Required expertise includes proficiency in Rust (primary) and Go, and familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is also essential. The engineer must be capable of independent problem solving and iterative improvement based on feedback.
