Job description
In this role you will support the growth of Stryker's Trauma & Extremities Division in the Western Region of KSA, based in Jeddah. You will establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in your area of responsibility, maintaining their continuity. You are responsible for tracking trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations in your area, reporting to your manager. Your responsibilities include carrying out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets, and planning, implementing, and reporting customer and partner visits and demos according to sales targets and customer demands. You will evaluate requests for proposals from customers and partners, preparing complete material lists according to customer needs. You are responsible for informing customers about purchasing methods such as tender, intermediate purchase, and leasing, cooperating with the tender department on procurement projects. You will keep track of material delivery dates, carry out delivery and installation of materials, provide post-sales user training for the product portfolio, and attend surgery cases. In this role you are responsible for bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up on collections with Finance and Accounting, and communicating customer feedback to the Quality Management Representative and Manager. You will prepare Congress/Demo materials and communicate scientific support requests to the marketing department, providing support to the logistics team when needed.
