As an Account Solution Engineer (Principal, Specialist SE) at Salesforce, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving digital transformation journeys and positioning Salesforce solutions as the best fit for customer challenges. The role blends technical expertise with business consulting, supporting the sales cycle with compelling demonstrations, tailored solution designs, and thought leadership. This is a customer-facing position requiring fluency in both Arabic and English, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers at all levels.

- Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the best solutions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of client industries and how Salesforce technology applies.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and tailored demos for key stakeholders.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to maintain expertise.

Experience & skills
- Proven experience implementing digital transformation strategies with measurable success.
- Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software organizations.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills in dynamic team environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems in high-energy settings.
- Curiosity and passion for technology with strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and present innovative solutions that capture client attention.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
