Job description
Tabby, a leading FinTech in the GCC region, is seeking an Account Management Intern to support client engagement and account management initiatives. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, onboarding new clients, monitoring accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and proactively resolving client issues. The intern will collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to communicate client feedback and support product adoption. Responsibilities include documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, while developing deep knowledge of Tabby’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic FinTech environment, fostering skills in account management, customer engagement, and client-focused problem solving.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure smooth transition and understanding of products and services
- Monitor client accounts regularly to identify potential issues, opportunities, or areas for improvement
- Provide personalized recommendations to clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Develop deep knowledge of Tabby’s products and services to communicate value propositions effectively
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client needs and relay feedback
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system
Experience & skills
- Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
- Keen interest in financial technology and desire to learn and grow within the industry
