Job description
The Senior Manager – Strategic Channels role at NeoBiz is responsible for building and scaling acquisition channels through UAE license authorities across both freezone and mainland jurisdictions. NeoBiz is positioned as a digital-first SME banking platform focused on embedded, ecosystem-led banking experiences. This role owns the end-to-end acquisition playbook with license authorities, transforming them into high-conversion onboarding funnels by embedding NeoBiz banking journeys directly into authority platforms. The position involves identifying and prioritizing high-potential license authorities based on SME density, digital readiness, and strategic alignment, leading partnership outreach and contracting, and integrating digital onboarding from license issuance to bank account activation. The role defines channel-specific GTM strategies, onboarding flows, and conversion KPIs, working closely with product and technology teams to integrate NeoBiz APIs into authority portals and CRM systems. It collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to launch and scale partnerships while navigating regulatory nuances across jurisdictions. The role owns performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI, runs optimization experiments, tracks market intelligence on SME formation and regulatory changes, and represents NeoBiz within the broader UAE SME and license authority ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Build and execute NeoBiz’s acquisition roadmap across UAE license authorities including freezones and mainland jurisdictions
- Identify and prioritize license authorities based on SME density, digital maturity, and strategic alignment
- Lead outreach, contracting, and onboarding of license authority partners
- Design and deliver co-branded, embedded banking journeys from license issuance to bank account activation
- Define channel-specific GTM strategies, onboarding flows, and conversion KPIs
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate NeoBiz APIs into authority platforms and CRM systems
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to launch and scale partnerships
- Navigate regulatory requirements and jurisdictional nuances across UAE freezones and mainland authorities
- Own and track channel performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
- Run experiments to optimize funnel performance and partner engagement
- Monitor market trends including new authority launches, SME formation activity, and regulatory changes
- Represent NeoBiz in ecosystem forums and authority-led initiatives
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to improve onboarding experience and operational efficiency
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Possess 5–8 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in SME banking within the UAE
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SME banking products, services, policies, and processes
- Exhibit strong understanding of UAE KYC requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Demonstrate experience working with acquisition channels, partnerships, or ecosystem-led growth models
- Show ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams
- Demonstrate strong analytical capability to manage funnel metrics and channel performance
- Exhibit ability to operate in a full-time, office-based working environment
