Job description
The Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager at Property Finder in Dubai, UAE is responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities within the real estate technology sector. The role focuses on leveraging internal data tools, CRM software (Salesforce.com), and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, upsell solutions, and execute renewals accurately and on time. The ISR is accountable for conducting outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, presenting and demonstrating Property Finder’s solutions, performing business reviews, coaching and onboarding clients, and maintaining knowledge of competing products and services. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong financial negotiation capabilities, objection handling, and a competitive disposition to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is central to driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and adoption of Property Finder’s real estate platform in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers and make outbound calls to potential customers to drive engagement and sales
- Conduct monthly business reviews with existing customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for clients to maximize account revenue
- Leverage internal data tools to optimize client performance and sales outcomes
- Coach and train existing clients while onboarding new clients to ensure successful adoption of products
- Research and qualify new leads and prospects to expand the customer base
- Understand existing customers' needs and execute renewal processes on time and with quality
- Answer customer questions, provide additional information, and prepare proposals
- Learn, present, and demonstrate various products to clients to enhance adoption and satisfaction
- Monitor competitive products and services to inform sales strategies and client solutions
- Close sales, achieve sales targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Experience & skills
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Have 2–3 years of previous experience in outbound sales, call-center, or related inside sales positions
- Demonstrate strong listening, sales, financial negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong cold-calling proficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve assigned sales targets
