Job description
ADNOC's Upstream Integrity Code, alongside ISO and API standards, sets the technical baseline for this Senior Engineer, Asset Integrity role at Al Dhafra Petroleum, covering pipelines, structures, wellhead towers, equipment, and wells. As Technical Authority for Facility Integrity, you provide expert guidance and oversight across the design, construction, and operations stages of company assets. Technical reviews and pre-startup safety reviews get your input regularly, making sure AIMS requirements are built in before any facility goes live. Corrosion mitigation and condition monitoring programs run within approved budgets under your coordination, keeping static equipment integrity intact across every field. You monitor and analyze asset integrity KPIs continuously, spotting trends early and initiating the actions needed to keep performance on track. Investigations into asset integrity incidents fall to you too, including root cause analysis and the corrective and preventive actions that follow. Wells barriers get aligned with Projects, Drilling, and Site Operations to ensure they're properly designed and maintained across the asset's full life cycle. Periodic integrity reports go to senior management and the Asset Holder, covering inspection findings, risk register status, KPIs, and outstanding maintenance or inspection activities.
