Job description
The Universal Banker at Riyad Bank in Jeddah is responsible for contributing to the achievement of branch sales goals, managing customer financial transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role encompasses following departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, handling financial transactions accurately, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing branch sales plans. The Universal Banker ensures the branch meets sales and revenue targets for both new and existing customers, contributes to continuous process improvement, and prepares timely and accurate reports in line with company and departmental requirements. This role requires proficiency in banking products and services, adherence to banking regulations, and collaboration within the branch team to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
