Job description
The Marketing Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, admissions, and customer engagement for Leisure and Entertainment brands including Magic Planet, Activate, Little Explorers, Yalla Bowling, iFly, and upcoming concepts. This Dubai-based role involves managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across the Middle East, overseeing event activations, PR, media planning, and social media content strategies. The role requires reviewing customer behavior insights and analytics to develop targeted initiatives and managing marketing spend with a focus on ROI. Additional responsibilities include launching new brand concepts, ensuring campaign compliance with contracts and legal standards, and aligning efforts with corporate brand guidelines. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience in both traditional and digital marketing environments within the leisure or entertainment industry.

- Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for Leisure and Entertainment brands
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and strategic partnerships
- Review and apply consumer behavior insights and database analytics to target communications effectively
- Manage multiple brand campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and control project budgets and campaign timelines to ensure cost-effective execution
- Implement annual marketing plans covering PR, media buying, content creation, and social engagement
- Analyze post-campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to adjust pricing and positioning
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and brand governance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies across the region
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- 5–8 years of marketing experience in the Entertainment or Leisure sector
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across the Middle East
- Experience working within a corporate marketing team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel as required
