Job description
Aconex, InfoWorks and DocFinity are the core systems this Document Management Support specialist works in on Bechtel's Ar Rjum gold project at Dhalm. Project records are registered, controlled, distributed, transmitted and archived in line with company guidelines. End users come to you with access problems, SSO issues and questions that need troubleshooting. On the technical side, API token generation and refresh, integration data extraction and SQL database updates may be part of the work. Service accounts in CyberArk also need managing. Support tasks and incidents are tracked to timely closure, with triage and root cause analysis when problems recur. Migrations, upgrades, validation exercises and records retention and turnover plans all need support as the project moves toward closeout. Training on work processes and tools is delivered from time to time, and overtime at short notice may be required. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, or 6 to 9 years without one, plus construction or engineering document management and hands-on Aconex workflow experience.
