Key responsibilities
- Define and document user requirements, ensuring alignment with available applications.
- Identify and source applications that meet user needs and are cost-effective.
- Ensure adherence to risk policies and compliance regulations.
- Conduct user testing, perform risk assessments, and prepare rollout programs.
- Facilitate the rollout of solutions through effective communication and training.

Experience & skills

- Familiarity with IT performance and quality management techniques.
