As a Major Account Manager based in Dubai, you will lead growth initiatives by acquiring and expanding major enterprise accounts across verticals including BFSI, Defense, and Government. Youâll be responsible for driving sales, managing strategic relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact cybersecurity solutions that address client needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial proposals to maximize mutual value.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and confidently engage with C-level executives.
- Set and pursue ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent growth within major accounts.
- Identify and secure opportunities within major accounts to enhance customer acquisition.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience managing major accounts in the UAE within the IT industry.
- Cybersecurity sales experience preferred, especially with focus on enterprise, BFSI, defense, or public sector clients.
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior executives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer success.
