The Senior Manager - Digital Assets Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering digital asset and blockchain-based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The role involves leading architecture initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies, managing digital asset platforms, and supporting secure, scalable digital asset infrastructure within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities
- Ideate and design digital asset solution architectures
- Translate product vision into technical architecture designs
- Evaluate emerging digital asset and blockchain technologies
- Drive reuse of enterprise APIs and microservices
- Manage digital asset platforms and operations
- Lead incident troubleshooting and release management
- Develop architecture documentation and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor engineering teams on architecture principles
- Support agile delivery and platform governance

Experience & skills
- Minimum 6 years of software engineering or architecture experience
- At least 3 years delivering blockchain or DLT systems
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- Experience with AWS or Azure architecture
- Experience with blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger, R3 Corda)
- Strong knowledge of API integration and microservices
- Experience with digital asset custody and key management
- Strong knowledge of secure SDLC and security frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments
