Job description
Keeta (the international subsidiary of Meituan) seeks a Social Media and Content Manager in Dubai to develop and execute a creative social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and more, aligned with Keetaās brand objectives and tone of voice. The role creates, curates, and manages engaging static, video, stories, and reels content tailored to diverse audiences; plans and owns the social media content calendar for timely, consistent publishing; monitors, tracks, and analyzes performance metrics to improve engagement and reach; collaborates with marketing, design, and operations to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches; engages with online communities, manages comments and messages, and builds loyal followings; stays current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social tools; and manages external agencies when needed. Keeta is scaling rapidly across more than 20 cities, with recent launches in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE, bringing Meituanās innovation to the Middle East and Brazil while pursuing the mission, "We help people eat better, live better".

- Develop and execute a creative, platform-specific social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and tone of voice
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (static, video, stories, reels) tailored to target audiences
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages and proactively build a loyal following
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools
- Manage external agencies and partners when required
Experience & skills
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on social media management and content creation experience, ideally within F&B, e-commerce, or delivery platforms
- Demonstrate proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) strongly preferred
- Show a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences organically and through paid campaigns
- Exhibit strong copywriting and storytelling skills adapted to different platforms
- Possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Show flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
