Job description

Weâre looking for a Corporate Law & Compliance Specialist for the rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions. This role ensures legal and operational compliance for our clients in Saudi Arabia, combining commercial law expertise with hands-on service delivery across HR, GRO, and PRO functions.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate contract changes with clients and decide on escalation needs
- Identify gaps and compliance issues in client contracts and suggest amendments
- Liaise directly with clients to align licensed activities with actual business models
- Amend MISA licenses, Commercial Registration, and Articles of Association for compliance
- Issue work policies in Qiwa
- Terminate employee contracts in Qiwa and deactivate in GOSI
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and analyze their impact on service delivery
- Transfer regulatory knowledge to relevant teams
- Maintain a glossary of updated laws and regulations related to company formation and HR
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Law is highly desirable
- 2â4 years of experience in Corporate Law
- Knowledge of corporate law and company formation regulations in KSA and UAE
- Knowledge of labor law and national HR regulations in KSA
- Experience in auditing contracts
- Experience in using government portals for HR, PRO, GRO services
- Experience in amending MISA licenses, Commercial Registration, and Articles of Association
