Job description
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) at Google, you will participate in a two-year cohort-based development program where you will gain hands-on experience in product marketing. You will contribute to go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and user engagement campaigns across Google’s consumer and business products. Working with cross-functional teams, you will help define messaging, execute marketing initiatives, and support business goals through insights, growth strategies, and brand development. You will also complete learning milestones, attend APMM programming, and contribute to the community of peers and mentors.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measure efficacy against key KPIs.
- Assist in developing programs aimed at acquiring customers, including business strategies, messaging, collateral, and events.
- Increase engagement with customers and measure program effectiveness.
- Support the team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs.
- Assess product readiness for launch and communicate new developments to users.
- Assist in developing client and executive narratives, presentations, case studies, and content to accelerate business momentum.
- Assist in executing marketing-related tasks within the scope of larger projects under manager guidance.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, marketing agency, or a related field through full-time roles, internships, projects, or academic classes.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of and passion for Google’s products, technology, and AI leadership.
- Demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, and cultures.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical success with capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- Comfort with ambiguity and agility in fast-paced environments.
