Job description
FAB Asset Management's product range spans every asset class and product type, and this Abu Dhabi AVP decides what gets built, how it is priced and when it is retired. Product design covers the investment proposition, mandate and benchmark, vehicle and domicile, share classes, currency and hedging, and target investors, while Legal, Compliance and Operations handle documentation and filing. Pricing architecture is yours to own, from management and performance fees to breakpoints, distribution economics and per-product profitability. Market trends, flows, client demand and competitor ranges are analysed systematically using industry databases. New products start with a business case and committee papers, and the pipeline and multi-year roadmap stay aligned with commercial strategy. Sales and distribution teams count on your positioning content, and RFPs, DDQs and client proposals draw on a library of approved product material you maintain. Existing funds are monitored for performance, flows and profitability, with rationalisation, mergers or closures where they no longer earn their place. ADGM and CMA product frameworks shape design and distribution decisions throughout. Candidates need 5 to 10 years in product development, management or strategy within asset management or regulated financial services and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business, with CFA or CAIA an advantage.
