The Senior Specialist ā Change Management role sits within Information Technology Operations in Abu Dhabi and focuses on driving adoption and maximizing utility of end-user collaboration platforms across non-technical departments (HR, finance, operational business units). The mandate includes leading adoption and engagement initiatives to achieve measurable business value; partnering with cross-department stakeholders to articulate value relevant to their goals; planning and facilitating user-centric workshops using design thinking; building and executing comprehensive adoption plans that include use case catalogues, training initiatives, and end-user communication strategies; applying best practices across collaboration tools with strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI applications) and ServiceNow; designing and implementing training and enablement programs for smooth onboarding and sustained engagement; and creating and maintaining a library of use cases that demonstrate practical benefits across functions. Preferred qualifications highlight experience in cutting-edge technology organizations within the UAE/GCC, advanced credentials such as Prosci Change Management Certification and CCMP, and familiarity with Agile and Lean Six Sigma for process optimization. - Lead adoption and engagement initiatives for end-user collaboration tools to drive measurable business value across client environments.
- Engage HR, finance, and operational business units to understand needs and articulate tailored value propositions for collaboration technologies.
- Plan and conduct user-centric workshops using design thinking techniques to uncover end-user needs and optimize adoption strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans, including use case catalogues, training initiatives, and end-user communication strategies within digital transformation programs.
- Apply best practices across collaboration platforms, leveraging Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and ServiceNow to deliver outcomes.
- Design and implement training programs and enablement resources to support onboarding and sustained engagement.
- Create and maintain a library of functional use cases demonstrating specific value points for different client functions.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate significant experience in customer success, program management, or project management focused on driving tool adoption and engagement in large organizations.
- Show expertise in facilitating workshops and applying design thinking methodologies to guide user-centric solutions and enhance adoption.
- Prove ability to engage cross-functionally with non-technical client departments to define and drive tailored value propositions.
- Possess strong understanding of end-user collaboration tools, including Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and ServiceNow, with a track record of best-practice application.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills to develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional communications, and align stakeholders around adoption goals.
- Demonstrate experience developing end-user communications and engaging training content, simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Hold a Bachelorās Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or similar disciplines.
- Prefer experience with cutting-edge technology organizations within the UAE or GCC region and a collaborative, low-ego approach aligned to Core42ās culture.
- Prefer Masterās degree (MBA/Organizational Development or related) and advanced certifications such as Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP, and knowledge of Agile and Lean Six Sigma for process optimization.
