Job description
Power, utilities, renewables, social infrastructure and transport projects need the right financing and procurement structure long before construction starts, and this Riyadh Manager in PwC's Infrastructure Finance team helps public and private clients get it right. Projects are scoped and developed, procurement processes put in place, and options analysis and risk assessments carried out for large-scale schemes. Deals are structured and finance arranged for private sector participation, with negotiations carried through to financial close. Feasibility studies, business cases and market analysis feed early decisions, often around Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Legal, financial and technical experts work together under your coordination, and bid evaluations are led from here. After contract award, partnership management, post-transaction services and implementation advice through design and construction continue the work. Junior team members are coached, client relationships managed day to day, and business development and industry engagement supported. Travel takes up around 30 to 40% of the time, often with overnight stays. Seven to ten years in infrastructure advisory or related sectors, strong financial modelling, PPP experience, and excellent English and Arabic are required.
