Job description

The role supports Stake's Real Estate Operations team by sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and closing real estate investment opportunities for fractional ownership. Responsibilities include developing sustainable relationships with brokers and sellers in the Dubai residential market, identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, shortlisting viable investments, and presenting recommendations to the Acquisitions committee. The associate participates in weekly committee meetings to decide on deals, shape monthly acquisition and sales strategies, and conducts onsite visits and full assessments of potential properties. The role includes making offers, negotiating deals, preparing and finalizing documentation for approved acquisitions, coordinating listing processes, and contributing to the overall acquisitions strategy alongside the Head of Real Estate. Additionally, the associate is responsible for selling funded properties once their projected ROI has been achieved. The position requires a blend of business development, analytical capabilities, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, paired with an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset.
