Job description
The Senior Analyst β Talent Acquisition role is part of the Talent Acquisition team within Human Resources at Dell Technologies and is responsible for supporting the recruitment of high-caliber talent to drive business objectives. The role focuses on planning and executing recruitment activities for a defined business group, implementing both short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies to ensure hiring targets are achieved. The position supports forecasting hiring needs, building and managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, advising business stakeholders on talent strategy, delivering TA metrics, and ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. The role contributes to promoting a positive employer brand image for Dell Technologies while applying efficient, cost-effective, and diverse sourcing approaches across multiple channels.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment activities in support of an assigned business group
- Implement short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring targets
- Build candidate pipelines using advertising, employee referrals, direct sourcing, social channels, and personal networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability against defined hiring criteria
- Manage and guide the full candidate journey end-to-end from sourcing to offer stage
- Engage and educate hiring managers on best recruitment practices including Competency Based Interviewing and assessment tools
- Research and apply time- and cost-effective sourcing methods to identify high-quality and diverse candidates
- Support delivery and reporting of talent acquisition metrics and hiring outcomes
Experience & skills
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in an agency or in-house environment
- Demonstrate experience in IT recruitment combined with relevant market knowledge
- Show proven ability to directly source candidates through diverse social and professional channels
- Exhibit capability to build and manage candidate pools aligned to specific market streams
- Hold a Bachelor or Masterβs degree in Human Resources or related studies
