Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for enterprise-wide process modelling, documentation, and governance using ARIS.
• Act as the ARIS platform owner, responsible for configuration, administration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives and drive digital transformation across departments.
• Ensure all business units align their process maps and architecture with corporate strategy and compliance standards.
• Oversee version control, audit trails, and change management in process documentation and implementation.
• Collaborate with IT and functional leaders to automate processes and integrate workflow tools like Pega or Appian.
• Provide expert guidance on process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deliver project updates, dashboards, and metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
