Job description
The Senior Marketing Manager for Bath & Body Works (BBW) in the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait is responsible for translating deep category and consumer insights into impactful campaigns, activations, and loyalty programs. This role manages a team of six across paid and organic channels, events, influencer partnerships, and CRM initiatives to drive brand engagement and commercial results. Responsibilities include mining market and consumer data, developing media plans, executing full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and regional publishers, managing organic social calendars, planning in-store and pop-up activations, sourcing and managing influencers, leveraging CRM platforms and loyalty programs using first-party data, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with merchandising, retail, and customer experience teams. Success is measured by effective campaign execution, elevated brand presence, loyalty program growth, and data-driven strategic recommendations.

- Mine market and consumer data including purchase behaviour, trends, and competitive activity to inform tactical marketing objectives
- Translate insights into detailed briefs, media plans, and activation roadmaps supporting regional business goals
- Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and regional publishers, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Manage organic social calendars and content creation ensuring on-brand, culturally relevant storytelling that drives engagement
- Plan and manage in-store and pop-up activations, product drop events, and experiential partnerships
- Coordinate logistics, vendor partners, and on-site teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Source, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers and creators to produce authentic content amplifying product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Track performance and ROI of all influencer initiatives
- Support loyalty program strategy, segment audiences, deploy email/SMS campaigns, and analyze member behaviour to drive retention and share-of-wallet
- Leverage customer data to personalize messaging and promotion cadence
- Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
- Partner with analytics teams to generate insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with product assortments and in-store priorities
- Ensure local execution adheres to global brand guidelines and leverages shared assets effectively
Experience & skills
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in beauty, lifestyle, or retail within the GCC
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media and organic social programs
- Hands-on experience executing events, activations, and influencer campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, email/SMS marketing tools, and loyalty-driven tactics leveraging first-party data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Collaborative experience working across stakeholder groups and external agencies
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
