Job description
Data centers, technology and IT companies make up the client portfolio for this Director in FAB's Technology, Media and Telecom coverage team, based at Emaar Square in Dubai. Revenue targets and client satisfaction matter equally, and portfolio credit quality has to stay within the limits set by management. New business comes from originating deals across banking products, then pitching, negotiating and closing them. Behind each deal sits financial analysis of the client and its market, plus Term Sheets, Information Memoranda and mandate letters. Credit, market and operational risks are worked through with product and enablement teams before approval. Outreach is local and international, with meetings across time zones and tight submission deadlines. Account plans, credit reviews, KYC and AML requirements and audit standards all need steady attention, and you supervise the team's day-to-day client work. Expect to bring 8 to 10 years in corporate banking coverage, with credit analysis, FOREX and financial modelling skills, and an MBA is preferred.
