Job description
The Business Development Executive role at Shipa Delivery supports the growth of an online logistics and delivery platform operating across the GCC, providing on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border parcel delivery services. Shipa Delivery connects businesses and consumers with a network of delivery assets through mobile applications and online business dashboards, offering real-time parcel tracking via GPS and integrated solutions to automate last-mile delivery management. This junior-level role focuses on supporting lead generation, assisting with client acquisition, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The position works closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, support sales activities, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include promoting company services in relevant markets, identifying potential customers, supporting new customer onboarding, preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, maintaining sales activity records in CRM or internal systems, collecting customer feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams for service delivery, participating in meetings, site visits, and networking activities, and staying informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. The role operates within a fast-paced, technology-driven logistics environment focused on speed, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.

- Support the business development team in promoting Shipa Delivery services across relevant markets
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leads
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business development efforts
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Demonstrate exposure to e-commerce, retail, logistics, or B2B environments
- Show interest in sales activities, client management, and relationship-building functions
- Be capable of working with CRM systems and internal sales tracking tools
