Technology Strategy/Enterprise Architect Senior Manager role at Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) focused on Defense/Military sector engagements, applying deep technology strategy development, value architecting, operating model and enterprise architecture skills to influence C-level client agendas through technology insights. Proactively interacts and collaborates with senior management at client and within Accenture; leads complex engagements end-to-end across delivery components including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financials. Originates business opportunities within client accounts and leads end-to-end business development efforts with client and Accenture teams through successful sale closure. Drives leaders to transform the technology function to achieve operational excellence and tight alignment with business strategy, collaborating across business, technology and cross-functions to maximize value of technology investments and align to strategic priorities. Leads creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative and action-oriented insights, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on market-relevant technology strategy topics. Drives internal capability building for technology strategy skills and assets and identifies collaboration opportunities across Accenture and ecosystem partners to win in the market. Key skills include data-driven consulting focused on business and technology value architecting and realization; proven delivery of core technology strategy offerings including IT & digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, IT & digital organization and operating model, cloud, data & analytics, IT cost reduction, and IT M&A; strong awareness of market tech trends; defense/military industry experience directly or via consulting; ability to shape client objectives and influence senior decision making; ability to assemble and lead multi-disciplinary teams and pull-through business opportunities to close. Qualifications specify minimum 12+ years work experience with at least 8 years in IT/Digital technology strategy, proven consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture division / advanced startup / pre-sales roles with exceptional consulting skills, and Arabic speaker with fluent English.
