Job description
The Account Management Executive at Tabby is responsible for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction while driving engagement and maximizing the value clients receive from financial technology services. This internship provides hands-on experience in account management within the financial technology (FinTech) environment. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships, and assisting in client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and clear understanding of Tabby's products and services. The Account Management Executive monitors client accounts regularly to identify potential issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while also executing upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase client revenue and enhance satisfaction through personalized recommendations. The role requires communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback. The position also includes proactively identifying and resolving client concerns, developing deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions, and collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client needs and relay feedback. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, transactions, and communications within CRM systems, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, hold a fresh graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and demonstrate interest in financial technology and client engagement within the FinTech industry.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by serving as the primary point of contact, managing client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term engagement with Tabby's financial technology services
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through product features, ensuring smooth account setup, providing service understanding, and supporting adoption of financial technology solutions
- Monitor client accounts regularly using CRM systems and internal tracking tools to identify potential issues, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement while ensuring optimal service utilization
- Drive client revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies by analyzing client needs, recommending relevant financial technology solutions, and enhancing overall client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, gather feedback, and document all interactions within CRM systems
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or operational issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders, implementing solutions, and ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Develop deep product knowledge of Tabby's services and financial technology offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and support client adoption and engagement
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams while maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, transactions, and communications within CRM systems
Experience & skills
- Hold a fresh graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field relevant to account management and financial technology environments
- Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English for client communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and client communication tasks
- Demonstrate familiarity with CRM systems for managing client interactions, maintaining documentation, and tracking account performance
- Support client onboarding, account monitoring, upselling, and cross-selling activities within financial technology account management processes
- Apply knowledge of Business Administration, Finance, or Economics to support client relationship management and financial technology solutions
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client requirements and communicate feedback
