Job description
This Head of Sales appointment sits on a defined path toward broader executive responsibility, including a CEO succession pathway, and carries end-to-end ownership of the business P&L from day one. You lead the growth, performance, profitability and strategic development of the business, combining commercial credibility, regulatory understanding, investment knowledge and financial acumen. Revenue, expenses, operating margins, budgeting and forecasting all sit under your direct management, with annual business plans, budgets and financial targets developed in partnership with the CEO. Business performance gets monitored against agreed financial and operational KPIs, with corrective action taken wherever results fall short. A disciplined, performance-led sales culture gets built with clear accountability and measurable outcomes, alongside strategies for revenue growth, client acquisition, retention and market expansion. Relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, institutional investors and strategic partners get strengthened continuously. Alignment with applicable DIFC and DFSA regulatory requirements runs through every commercial decision, in close coordination with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Finance. Senior leadership around investment-advisory propositions rounds out the role, with particular emphasis on value-investing principles, fundamental analysis and long-term capital preservation and growth.
