Job description
Lucidya is hiring a PLG Product Manager to build and execute its product-led growth strategy from the ground up. This role will own the self-serve journey across signup, onboarding, activation, adoption, and expansion to convert users into active and loyal customers. The PLG PM will collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, CX, and Engineering teams to run growth experiments, optimize onboarding flows, reduce time-to-value, and scale adoption of Lucidya’s customer intelligence platform. The position requires a data-driven, execution-focused professional with SaaS product experience, strong analytical skills, and a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute Lucidya’s PLG playbook, covering onboarding, activation, and adoption.
- Map user journeys from signup to expansion and identify friction points.
- Run A/B tests, trial optimizations, and funnel experiments.
- Reduce time-to-value (TTV) and increase product stickiness.
- Define and track key PLG metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Marketing, CX, Engineering) to deliver growth experiments.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create onboarding content such as emails, guides, and tutorials.
- Report insights, funnel analysis, and growth results to leadership.
- Deliver Lucidya’s first PLG playbook and onboarding flows within 90 days.
- Redesign self-serve onboarding to boost conversion and retention.
- Deploy PLG analytics dashboards and align teams around growth strategy within 120 days.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in PLG or Growth roles.
- SaaS background, preferably B2B, with self-serve product experience (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Intercom, Amplitude).
- Proven track record of building PLG or growth strategies from scratch.
- Experience optimizing onboarding and activation flows.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with engineers, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (onsite role).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
