Job description
The Technical Program Manager, Compliance, Audit and Policy will partner closely with Data Center teams to ensure programs align to audit/compliance expectations and prepare for future audits, coordinating, managing, and executing on-site audits from various sources (customer, insurance, internal, external) with internal and external stakeholders. The role leads and collaborates with teams and partners to shape and drive the tactical and strategic development of the Data Center compliance program, enhancing, transforming, creating or deprecating practices and processes to support compliance and audits across the organization. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining program strategy documentation and trainings, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners, including interaction with government and regulatory bodies. The position sits within a technical environment focused on data centers and technical infrastructure, requiring experience in program management, compliance, risk management, audit, communication strategy, and generalist program management work, as well as experience managing multiple projects and work streams in an ambiguous environment.

- Manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently, ensuring alignment with business expectations and timelines.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in program or project management leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in program management, compliance, risk management, audit, communication strategy, and program management generalist work.
- Experience interacting with government and regulatory bodies.
- Experience managing multiple projects and work streams.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement and exceed business expectations.
- Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent investigative and communication skills to construct, articulate, and defend simple, impactful messages/insights from complex analysis.
