Job description
Moving, storing and protecting materials across ADNOC's onshore operations takes careful project management, and this Abu Dhabi position at ADNOC Logistics & Services leads those projects from inception to completion. Licensors, design consultants and contractors work under your supervision, held to contract, quality, HSE, schedule and budget requirements. Short and long-term supply programmes for company products are directed here, along with the transportation arrangements behind them. Freight forwarding contractors are managed closely, covering safe handling, temporary storage and timely, economical delivery. Warehouses fall within scope as well, from security, maintenance and lifting equipment certification to the design of new storage facilities. Hazardous and toxic materials need proper definition, current safety data sheets, allotted storage and trained staff. Shelf-life items are tracked to avoid expiry losses, and damaged or rejected items are dealt with promptly. Feasibility studies and contingency plans for shipping-related activities keep alternative transport options under review, and technical reports go to Tender boards. At least 12 years in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery or industrial projects, with end-to-end project management expertise, is required.
