Job description
Sales teams across the country at a leading Middle East automotive business need steady product and brand knowledge, and this Dubai position is there to provide it. Training sits at the core, covering the annual training calendar, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), the development and delivery of training programs, and measurement of training effectiveness. Principal/OEM requirements shape much of the content, so localising Principal training programs for the sales force is a regular task. Dealer standards and compliance form the second strand of the work, which means monitoring compliance, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders. PDI makes up a smaller share of the brief, and direct PDI management experience is not essential, though some exposure to vehicle preparation, logistics and stock movement will help. You should bring strong experience as an Automotive Sales, Product or Brand Training Manager, along with solid Principal/OEM and stakeholder management experience.
